Like for many of us, something always gets in the way and shifts the balance; Simply put, there are too many things you want to do and not enough time to do them. The truth is, when we are effective in our approach, we can fit everything in! Maybe you can relate to this reader:
I was feeling overwhelmed. I’m a professional, have two children, manage a household and simply felt I didn’t have time for me! In a strange way, I felt that if I took time out of my day strictly for me, that I was ultimately taking away from my family. The irony was that neglecting myself only led me to feeling more tired and frustrated. When I finally had a coach to show me how to connect all the dots, I became empowered, healthy and armed with tools that my entire family could benefit from. I simply came to the realization one day that as a busy mom and professional, I was always going to be busy. I could either be busy, tired and out of shape, or I could be busy and the best version of myself. I chose the latter; I chose to be empowered; I chose to show up differently in my life, and working with a coach was the best decision of my life.

We know what it feels like to be consumed with work, family, and relationships and lack the time to put into our health and fitness.
For years, I meandered at the gym with a sub-par nutrition plan and ineffective workout routines. I lacked the knowledge about the importance of targeted and precise nutrition, and was overwhelmed by the vast amounts of conflicting information on the internet about diet and exercise.
As a hearing health specialist in the medical field, and now a successful entrepreneur in the fitness and health industry, I have witnessed first-hand the damage that a lifetime of neglect and poor choices can have on our health. I’ve also realized that training effectively, and eating for our goals does not have to by mysterious or elusive. The missing link is ‘accountability’ and having someone hold us to our commitments while giving us a roadmap for success – and that’s kind of our thing.
Of interest, when our health and fitness is aligned, everything else starts to strengthen as well; We feel better about ourselves; We walk taller; We start to show up differently in our relationships, at work and with our family — it all starts at the centre — with our health and our wellbeing.
