We love nothing more than passing on what we’ve learned and helping others realize their health and fitness potential. If this sounds like something that interests you, we need to connect.   Here are four ways you can access our knowledge and experience. We have arranged these in order, from those that require the least investment to those that require the most.

  1. Search our site. We’ve written a ton of blog posts. Chances are, we have already covered any questions you may have around health and fitness. Just use the search box in the upper right-hand corner of this page. From calculating your nutritional requirements, to training protocols and supplementation, and even a FREE, 7-Day Training and Nutrition Program, we’re offering a ton of information, absolutely free. Have a question or topic we haven’t covered? Just email us and we’ll consider answering it in a blog post.
  2. Subscribe to our updates. We currently publish new blog posts every month. We centre our writing becoming the most fit and healthy versions of ourselves, possible. We cover motivational strategies, nutrition protocols, training systems, supplementation and offer a growing list of recipes and health tips.   3. Join Our Challenge Group. We offer over a dozen fitness programs that range from gentle Tai Chi, to all-out heavy lifting programs. Each program comes as a complete pack (Challenge Pack) and for about $5 per day, you get it all: Daily coaching, group accountability, meal plans, one nutritional shake per day, and everything you need to succeed as we help you transform.   4. Hire us for (virtual) Personal Coaching. Some people just need the a workout program and nutrition plan to get their ladder up against the right wall. If you’re good to ‘lone wolf’ it and just need some tools to get started right, or to revamp a program that has you spinning your wheels, we create customized programs and meal plans for your goals.
