I had the privilege of meeting Mel Robbins in October, 2015 at PSI Seminars, in California. At the time, she was focusing on the work of her new book, The 5 Second Rule which is due to be released, early 2017.
In short, Mel has an energetic, practical, nonsense and relatable approach to simple-but-powerful mental and behavioural hacks that serve to empower us to be pilots in our lives, versus passengers.
